Frequently asked questions

The most common questions related to the implementation of audio systems

What is the cost of building a stereo system integrated with the building?

The cost of implementing a stereo system integrated with the development depends on the scale of the project, the size of the room and the expected sound quality. In the case of architectural solutions designed individually for the interior, it can be assumed that prices start from approximately PLN 60,000 net.

This amount includes the complete system: left and right speakers, subwoofers, amplifiers, music player, cabling, as well as assembly and commissioning. We price each project individually - depending on the scope of development, the degree of integration with the interior and the parameters to be achieved by the system.

What is the cost of a multi-room system for a house or apartment?

The cost of a multi-room system for a house or apartment depends primarily on the number of zones and the expected sound quality. It can be assumed that the standard version of the system starts at approximately PLN 7,000 net for one zone. This price includes speakers, amplifier, music player and system startup. This amount should include cabling, which is priced individually depending on the project.

In the case of premium systems, where we use more advanced components and solutions tailored to the interior, the cost starts from approximately PLN 15,000 net per zone. Such systems offer higher sound quality and greater integration and personalization possibilities.

What is the cost of a turnkey listening room?

The cost of a turnkey listening room depends on the size of the room, the scope of work and the expected quality of the audio system. It can be assumed that:

The final price is always determined individually - depending on the acoustic design, materials used and the class of the audio system.

What to choose: stereo or multiroom system?

Stereo and multiroom systems are two different solutions that meet different needs.

Multiroom is primarily used to listen to music in the background - throughout the house or in selected rooms. The sound is evenly distributed, most often in mono, so that it sounds good in every part of the room. Such a system usually operates at low or medium volume levels and ensures comfortable, everyday use.

The stereo system focuses on listening quality. Correct stereophony, soundstage and sound detail are important here. This is a solution for conscious listening to music - also at higher volume levels, in one specific listening position.

In practice, these two systems often complement each other: multiroom is responsible for the daily sound system at home, and stereo is responsible for the best listening experience in the living room or a dedicated room.

How does the audio system work, how is it controlled and what types are available?

The home audio system is operated in a simple way - using a mobile application on a phone or tablet. From one application you can select music, change the volume, switch rooms (zones) and choose the music that is played.

We use the most popular streaming services as Spotify, Tidal and Apple Music as the sound source. The system can also be integrated with Apple devices via AirPlay, allowing you to quickly play music directly from your phone. Additionally, it is possible to connect external sources - for example a record player - and a TV, so the audio system can also be used for watching movies and everyday TV use.

Everything works intuitively and does not require technical knowledge - the operation is similar to using music applications used every day.

Can the sound system be integrated with a smart home (KNX, etc.)?

Yes, the audio system can be integrated with building automation, e.g. KNX. Thanks to this, simple music functions, such as turning the sound on and off or adjusting the volume, can appear on the wall buttons - in addition to lighting control.

You can also link the audio system to lighting scenes — for example, starting music can automatically activate specific light settings in the room.

However, it is worth remembering that automation plays a complementary role here. Full control - selecting music, managing zones and sound sources - takes place from the dedicated audio system application.

Do built-in speakers sound as good as classic loudspeakers?

Built-in speakers have different acoustic properties than classic columns and in most cases the sound quality from speakers installed in the wall is higher. This is due to the fact that they are an integral part of the wall, thanks to which we limit unfavorable reflections and phenomena that often worsen the sound in the case of free-standing speakers.

In more advanced projects, such as listening rooms or cinema halls, we use a so-called baffle wall. This construction improves loudspeaker performance, especially in the low frequencies, providing an additional 6 dB of bass gain.

The key thing, however, is that the built-in system must be well designed and matched to the room - then it is able to achieve very high sound quality.

Which audio device manufacturers do you use?

In stereo systems, we most often rely on our own designs - we design and produce speakers, subwoofers and amplifiers tailored to a specific implementation. In selected projects, we also use components from renowned hi-end manufacturers, such as Perlisten, if they best meet the system's assumptions.

We usually build multiroom systems based on proven solutions from high-class brands such as Monitor Audio, Bluesound, NAD or Sonance. In the case of premium multiroom systems, we are increasingly using our own designs, based on reference quality components, which allows us to achieve a higher sound level and better fit into the interior.

At what stage of construction is it best to plan the sound system for the house?

It is best to plan your home's sound system as early as possible - ideally at the architectural or interior design stage. Then we can select appropriate speaker locations, provide space for acoustic installations and install the installation.

A good moment is also the interior design stage, when the functional layout of the house is already established. We can then adapt the audio system to specific rooms and integrate it with furniture, lighting and automation.

The audio system can also be installed in a ready-made or finished interior, but the scope of possibilities is smaller and it often requires additional adaptation work.

In practice - the earlier the sound system is included in the project, the better the final effect and the greater design freedom.

  • an audio system starts at approximately PLN 60,000 net
  • acoustic development and room finishing from approximately PLN 90,000 net
